Spector Lumenex is committed to ensuring that all after sales care is of the highest standard. We employ a full time Customer Services Co-ordinator whose sole function is to ensure a speedy response to any questions relating to forthcoming, current or past products and contracts.
We also offer a dedicated technical helpline where a representative is ready to receive your call during office hours and assist you with any technical queries you might have.
In cases of extreme urgency you can call our 24 hour helpline, which will contact a technical representative and ask them to return your call.
In addition to this free technical support service, we have a Field Returns Unit that will repair and fully re-test any damaged or malfunctioning parts. This service will usually be completed within three working weeks but, in cases of emergency, repairs can be carried out within as little as one working day.
We pride ourselves on the ability to repair and return products that are obsolete and offer a full 12 months extended warranty on all items that are returned for repair. We also offer a simple ‘return to base’ warranty system for any products requiring warranty repair.
